Aeromotive 13109 A1000-6 Injected Bypass Regulator Review

I did not find may reviews about adjustable fuel pressure regulators until after I purchased this one but for the price and features I thought it was the best deal. Later I found an article that had issues with 2 Aero motive FPRs.

So far I have had it on my 2.2 Edited Cavalier for 2 weeks running 68 psi & it is working flawlessly. It holds well over the 20 psi advertised for more than 8 hours.

As Foster noted make sure you get the fuel in, fuel out & second fuel in plug.

I also purchased the Aeromotive FP gauge which has been mounted on the AFPR. I have had no issues with either.

Very satisfied.

The lens is polarized and works great. However, for the price that I paid, I think the frame does have a cheap look. Overall looks are not much different from Foster Grant quality that you get at WalMart. I guess I just paid for the lens. When you are looking straight its fine but when you look down while walking, the vision (the ground in particular) appears a bit concave. Cant say that I am terribly happy with it. But I'll still keep it. A pair of shades with good looks and polarized lens is hard to come by.
