Installed in my 2002 Nissan Xterra 3.3L 4x4 (non-sc).Drop your spare to get it out of the way. It simply bolts on. Torque it down to 75ft/lbs and you're good to go.
The only "issue" is when you bring your spare up, you can either use your foot or have some help to keep it from getting hung-up on the back of the receiver. Mine is tight against the back of it, but there's plenty of clearance for the tongue to get inserted and bolted on.
