The packaging left a little to be desired but fortunately it arrived undamaged. The mirror was shipped loose in the box where it could rattle around (no paper or bubble wrap to protect it). The mirror included all the features needed which made the replacement easier. It was more expensive than just getting the mirror glass itself, but I didn't have to deal with peeling anything off the old mirror glass and transferring it to new glass. The old mirror had gotten moisture in it and was completely fogged up. The new mirror glass almost seems clearer than what the original mirror ever was. The mirror is clear and the turn signal works fine so I am very happy so far. I'll find out about the heating element of the mirror when we get back into the colder weather months.
