You will need a Dremel or a uni-bit to enlarge the factory holes so that the backing plates and carriage bolts will fit into the frame rails and be fished into place with the guide wires. My neighbor helped out. We had it installed in less than 30 minutes. Perfect fit. It tucks nice and tight to the rear bumper. Looks great!
