Hifonics ZRX1000.1D Car Amplifier Review

I have known many people over the years who recomend Hifonics. Theses amps make tons of power and last a long time. The new super D class amps stay cool. I can run my system for over an hour and the amp has NO heat at all. My old Kicker ZX300.1 made a lot of power, but would burn my hand( never shut down in protection mode ) . I'm running a 2 Ohm load (750 rms) to a Kicker CVR 12 dual 4 Ohm in a sealed 1.25 cu ft box. The gain is set to about 2/3 and it pounds. Very clean. The only complaint I have is the adjustable crossover . There is only 30 hz on the left and 250 hz on the right. You just have to guess. My 4 channel has a fixed 80 hz for mids and highs. I just need to play with it to find the correct setting. The adjustable subsonic filter is nice too. It adjust from 15 hz to 35 hz depending how low of frequencies your sub can produce. The remote sub level know is awesome. You can match the sub level to the music you are listening to on the fly. I listen to a lot of different music and we all know some music has too much bass and some needs a little extra help. This amp could easily power 2 large subs. It makes 1000 watts rms at 1 Ohm. Not a lot of amps are 1 Ohm stable. I have seen this amp pushing 4 Diamond Audio 12's. tons of clean power. Highly recomend
