Received package opened but taped shut. Product was missing a connector needed to hook up to stereo. Contacted both Amazon and 3 Kings audio for a solution to the problem. Amazon's resolution was to disassemble the boat and ship the product back. Still haven't heard back from 3 Kings Audio. Will keep posted on results of inquiry. Has been over a month since purchased.
