I would have rated this as 3 stars, but considering it's half the price of any other catback I could find I felt that I couldn't be too harsh.

Pro's:

It's cheap. Very cheap.
Perfect fit.
Nice shiny stainless steel.

Con's:

Terrible welding. A couple spots were weak, and there was a hole where one flange connected to the pipe that I could clearly see through. Don't buy unless you have a TIG welder or know someone that can fix it up for you. I also had to grind down a pipe that was sticking out past the flange so the gasket would sit flush.
Packaging was so-so. The hangers had foam covers to prevent damage, but one wasn't put on correctly (two on one side, none on the other). Each individual piece was in a bubble wrap sleeve, but then they were loose in the box so they could move around. By the time the box hit my front step there was a giant hole in one side. Still, nothing was damaged so I got lucky.
I had to go to the hardware store and purchase two more bolts and nuts, and had to reuse a gasket. The kit only includes the hardware to hook the pieces included together, but not to attach them to the flex pipe before. I had to use a grinder to remove the old bolts so they weren't salvageable.

In closing, I wouldn't call this a perfect bolt on system, but if you are handy around the shop then it makes for a very cheap exhaust replacement. The exhaust that was originally on my car was some hacked together, rusted out ricer garbage that sounded awful. This exhaust is nice and quiet, like it should be, and it looks good to boot. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again except I intend to never own another Focus, this car has been nothing but terrible.
