I recently had 2 12" infinity reference dvc subs in a sealed box with a older ppi amp and i thought it sounded good for the money, but when i switched them out for a pair of these jl 12w3v3-4 in a ported box and a jl audio 1000/1 pushing them...omg!! what a beastly combo..i have been doing car audio since the early 90,s and have many brands of subs and amp combos, this setup is the cleanest sounding and hardest hitting setup i have ever had. i would definitely recommend these subs..i think my next setup i will upgrade to jl 12w6,s...keep booooming!!
