I first tried the hood lock from Rugged Ridge which was 1/6th the price but had difficulty with getting the key into and out of the lock. The Mopar hood lock was a solid quality lock with smooth locking mechanism. The ability to use your ignition key is a big plus. The lock installation was very straight forward but, you will need a heavy duty rivet tool that you can get from Harbor Freight for about $20. Mopar hood lock is a excellent product and is well worth the extra price. I would highly recommend it.
