B&W part # 4685 is an offset 2-5/16" ball designed for use with B&W Turnover Ball gooseneck hitch part # GNRK1309 installed in a Dodge Ram 1500. B&W Offset gooseneck ball part # GNXA4685 moves the pivot point back 4" for increased cab clearance while making sharp turns which may be necessary if pulling enclosed trailers. It slides in and pins just like the original ball that was included with the hitch with no more installation necessary.
