The Carr brand truck step is a great accessory for Dodge ram pickups. I installed the wide Super Hoop XM3 steps in about 2.5 hours. The polished aluminum steps are very well made and look great on my ram pickup. Climbing in the 4x4 ram pickup is easy for my family now that we have added the steps. Installed steps are about as high off the ground as the skid plate, and don,t extend out any farther than the body line. Great product from Carr!

This is the second review I've tried to post, let's see of the company keeps it or removes it again.

Review: This subwoofer quit on me in a matter of 4 hours. It took me months to locate how to return this product to Pyle. I finally get it to Pyle for warranty repair (Feb 2012) and have yet to get it back. After 2 weeks and 5 unanswered e-mails to their support e-mail account, I called the number on the website. I was surprised that I could not get through. In fact, the voice mail said their box was full at this was at 8 AM on a Thursday. Scoured the internet and found you have to contact Pyle's parent company Sound Around to ask for tech support. Called for a status and after a half hour, I was told to call back the next day for a status. What? So I did that. The new excuse was that they didn't get their order in for the white speakers. Hmmm. Was asked to call back in 2 weeks for an update. Well, they must have me on caller ID because I cannot get through. Not only am I out the purchase price. I am out the shipping cost to get it there. The $15 money order I had to mail with it. But here's the kicker, I still don't have my subwoofer! PYLE AUDIO IS NOTHING MORE THAN SCAM ARTIST THEIVES. Pyle, you have robbed me! You are not a reputable company! You are a third country back shop operation.

Hellwig 1801 EZ Level Helper Spring Kit Review

I installed these on my 1994 GMC half ton 4 wheel drive flat bed and I am quite pleased. My leaf springs were tired, the bed would sag with a load and when empty the springs made lots of noises. I added this helper spring set and my truck has new vigor. The noises are gone and the truck tends to remain more level.

The instructions were a little generic, I am not a mechanic and I am old but these were easy to install and I figured out the adjustments. I was going to post pictures but Amazon said they are not going to allow this any more, so I will try to explain.

It took me working alone about 3 hours to complete the job, this includes making test drives and adjustments, realistically I think the job could be done sooner. I tend to be over cautious. I found it best to jack up the vehicle, remove the wheels and support the frame and then lower the rear axel so your existing spring will sag and make it easier to secure the helper spring.

Read the instructions (although vague) especially the last page about adjustments. They tell you to torque bolts and give a chart based on the bolt size, in this case they are half inch bolts. Each spring sets on top of your existing leaf and has 4 mounting points the only bolts to torque are the two mounts closest to your axel. The bolth at the ends are where you make your adjustments. All bolts are double nutted once all adjustments are complete.

I recommend for tired or noisy leaf springs, the helpers are heavy steel and appear to be good quality and the average do-it yourselfer can easily accomplish this install.

7-30-2013 Update. Per the instructions I re-checked my installation and found that things have settled and required some additional tightening. Be sure to re-check your bolts and adjustments after some use.
