Came package from GM with instruction, hardware (including a required star wrench with a hole in the middle) and the crossbars. There are only 6 steps to install the crossbars but like most men I only scanned the instructions and missed one important detail. One rail is about an inch longer than the other. The longer one goes in the front and must be installed first and at least half way up the side rails.
