The seat was really nice for the money. The latch on the back seemed to be a tight fit into its bracket even after everything was properly adjusted. Plus we had to cut holes in the material on the bottom to connect the seat to the mounting brackets. I expected the holes to already be there but it was easy enough to cut. I'm giving it a higher rating because the look was exactly as shown in the picture (very nice) and for the lower cost, can't beat it.
