This hitch is a sturdily built, simple design. I installed it on a 2005 Magnum R/T. It is a fairly clean installation, and while definitely visible, does not detract from the car's looks to any objectionable degree.
Be aware that the install is somewhat involved. I had to remove one rear muffler and lower the other, as the brackets mount directly above them. Once installed, the hitch does not contact the exhaust.
Also, be careful to sort the mounting bolts first. Three of the bolts use existing nuts welded into the frame and are metric. The other three use supplied "handle nuts" and are standard thread, but are nearly identical by sight. These bolts are a bit difficult to align, so you will definitely need to hold the hitch in place against the frame by other means while getting them started. I used a floor jack under the receiver tube.
