Like I have read in other reviews the hitch showed up unpackaged and scuffed up. All parts were included, but when I went to install, one of the holes did not line up with the predrilled of my vehicle. It should have been a 10 minute install, but for some reason nothing is as easy as it seems. Luckily, I have a friend who is a mechanic who finished the install. I am not sure which hole was misaligned, but my guess would be the hitch given my 2012 Frontier has 5k miles. Well, it's on, secure and working. Good luck
